Some "minor hubs" off the top of my head: There are also some systems I consider "minor trade hubs" that will usually have all or most of what you need, usually these systems either border FW low space or are popular l4 mission hubs. Sure, the major trade hubs (Jita, Amarr, Dodixie, Rens, Hek) will likely have better prices and all desired ships/components in one spot, but for common stuff like T1 ships/ammo/components the prices and availability is usually reasonable throughout high. One thing to consider is it may be worthwhile to simply buy what you need at or near the system you'll be operating. Both systems are very popular with gankers. Uedama and Niarja are the two chokepoints you'll want to watch out for the most, as those are both 0.5 systems along routes between the major high sec trade hubs (Uedama is Jita Dodixie and Niarja is Jita Amarr).
